Sorting KS orders and Optimize KS orders for cutting machines regarding the production plan.
根据生产计划，整理和优化剪切线订单

Supply Sub-assembly area with production orders (job cards) and collect data regarding the production progress
提供生产通知单并进行数据采集

PRIMARY DUTIES:
主要工作职责

· Optimize the KS orders to the cutting machines and ensure the less setup time.优化剪切线订单节省准备时间

· Check the tool status and communicate with production and tool room guy to try to make the tool available.检查设备和工具状态，与生产和机修等部门沟通以保证设备正常运转

· Download the error message or orders that KS info can not support to BDE and print out the workcard from BDE. 导出错误信息或者不能支持生产的订单，打印信息采集里的工作卡

· Receiving the recutting order and manually sort the order to the right machine.接收二次剪切订单并手动分类匹配给对应的设备

· Monitor the print out of the job cards for sub-assembly and distribute the job cards to the designated areas.检查打印出的工作卡并将其分配给指定区域

· Monitor the status of the different jobs in production and collect the finishing information in production area 监控生产状态，采集成产信息

· Report abnormal situations in production immediately to the planning det.
将生产过程中的异常情况反映给生产计划部门

· Insure the prompt import of the collected production data into the HOST-system 确保生产数据信息及时有效地输入HOST系统

· Create production status reports to planning department and production if necessary. 必要时，建立生产情况报告给到计划部门

· Support the production-progress-coordinator for the recut of certain production orders给予生产过程协调员支持，配合完成二次剪切

· Monitor the information in the systems and report system problems immediately to the planning dept.监控系统信息的准确性，将系统内的问题汇报给生产计划

· Take corrective actions in case of system or printer problems in coordination with DAC30/33/34 and related dept. at the headquarter 负责校核工作，一旦系统出现问题，立即联系相关物流部门

· Set up/update the data in the specific HOST applications like 03/.., 05/.., 08/...更新维护HOST系统数据等

Knowledge and Skills:
知识技能要求：

Sound knowledge of MRP systems
熟悉MRP系统
Sound knowledge of the operating systems WIN 95 / 2000 / NT
熟悉WIN 95 / 2000 / NT等运营系统
Ability to understand and interpret logistics processes (JIT processes, customer specific ordering)
了解物流流程
