A. GOAL SETTING / TASKS:

· 领导生产团队快速有效地完成本区域的任务。

Takes care of a faultless and continuous production process.

· 根据生产总监的指示下，制定本生产区域的发展规划，并组织实施。

To make a development plan for your production area according to head of production indication and organize to carry out.

B. PRIMARY DUTIES:

· 对本生产区域内的所有工作负责。

To take responsibility for the whole work in your area.

· 及时准确地向下传达上级领导的指示安排，并迅速贯彻落实。

To transfer leaders request to your teammate and also do it as fast as you can.

· 制定培训计划，并对其执行情况进行评估。

To make training plans for your area and evaluate the performance.

· 对本区域内部员工进行考核评估。

To evaluate performance of everyone below you..

· 在生产过程中，对员工的安全进行负责，并且做好区域内的防火工作。

To take responsibility for everyone in your area during production process , in the meantime , guard against fire in your area.

· 在生产总监的带领下，组织本区域内部的生产过程，确保按时完成生产计划。

To organize production in your area with head of production’s help , make sure delivery on time.

· 对质量问题进行控制，加强员工质量意识，确保达到PPM的指标。

To control the quality and strengthen your teammate’s quality consciousness

· 对本班员工的纪律负责。

To take responsibility for everyone’s discipline in your shift.

· 对本区域的5S工作进行监督考核。

To monitor and evaluate every team’s 5S situation in your area.

· 对设备及工装的维护情况进行监督考核。

To monitor and evaluate maintenance situation.

· 当设备工装或工具头出现故障或损坏情况时，根据情况的严重性进行分析筛选后，向上级报告。

When the machines or applicators fault , you should make analysis and choice according ponderance , then report it to superior as soon as possible.

· 检查并记录下级员工的出勤情况。

To monitor and record the attendance of all people in your team.

C. OTHER (e.g. authorizations, authority to issue directives, information rights):

· 遵守公司的保密原则。

To obey the company’s secrecy principle.

· 遵守雇佣合同和公司内部的条例。

To obey the employment contract and the company’s interior rules.
