Objectives of job
Manage a small, well-defined organizational unit with homogenous hunctions
Principle activities
* Support the strategic planning of the department/unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame
* Plan and administer teh budget in his/her area of responsibility, in coorperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it.
*Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel
* Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her, make personnal decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor
* Break down and propritize group goals for associates
*Cooperate in the development of IT products,processes and services, in close cooperation with internal and external service providers
* Cooperate in the technical availability of all systems in his/her area of responsibility
* Cooperate in developing concepts and implementing improvement programs to optimize the processes in functional column.
*Assure the documentation, maturity and quality testing for the processes, in order to fulfill conditions that were contractually agreed with the customer
Job Requirements
-Professional/graduate education (experienced professional) usually acquired through a bachelors degree or professional certification with several (three ot five) years of experience in specialized field (highly proficient in a technical, scientific or specialized field built on a thorough understanding of the oretical concepts and principles and their context)
- Type of activities: Design/set up methods of resolution for differing situations, including detailed analysis of the situation/causes
-Scope: Clearly defined, but not comprehensive guidelines; general monitoring of success (as part of short-term goals)
-Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure (network,server)
-Management skills
