岗位职责

Job responsibilities

1、负责产品来料的质量管理工作；

1, responsible for the quality management of product materials;

2、与生产部门协调完成产品生产过程中的控制；

2, coordinate with production department to complete the control of production process;

3、合理指定产品测试的工序及测试场所的设置；

3, reasonable specified process and test place product test set;

4、负责产品可靠性检测方法制定和工具选用、对测试报告进行审核；

4, responsible for the reliability of detection method of product formulation and tool selection, review of the test report;

5、与相关部门进行对供应商的稽核工作，出具报告提出改善意见。
5, and related departments for supplier audit, provide improvement report.

任职资格

Qualification

1、相关行业本科以上学历；英语良好；

1, industry related degree or above; good English;

2、3年以上质量管理工作经验；具有质量保证和质量检验的经验；

2, more than 3 years experience in quality management; quality assurance and quality inspection experience;

3、熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系；了解ISO9000质量体系在企业的运作方法；了解产品工艺流程；熟悉运用质量管理工具及方法，如6sigma等；

3, familiar with the ISO9000 quality management system; to understand the ISO9000 quality system works in enterprises; understand the product process; familiar with the use of quality management tools and methods, such as 6Sigma etc.;

4、工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力；

4, the work of a conscientious and responsible, rigorous and meticulous, with strong analytical and problem solving skills;

5、拥用业界先进企业的黑带资格者或具有国家审核员资格。

5, with the industry advanced enterprises, black belt qualification or with the national auditor qualification.
