JD：
-Handling 0-km and field complaints.
-Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Component handling check in customer process related to SHW products, improve/ correct customer process for SHW products
-Technical support customer and coordinate pre-analysis in customer plants.
-Negotiation complaints handling process with customer.
-Interface between customer and internal.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree, major in Mechanical engineering
- More than 2 years working experience as Quality field engineer, prefer automobile industry
- Basic knowledge of TS 16949, FMEA, Problem solving process and method, 8D method
- Customer complaints handling method, technical support customer experience
