职位描述：
Rio Tinto Procurement is to deliver measurable value to Rio Tinto Business Units. This is achieved through driving the establishment or improvement of competitive frameworks and markets for the purchase of goods and services enabled by e-technologies and resulting in continuous improvement, improved Supplier Safety and measurable savings. The Emerging Markets team is one of the key components of Rio Tinto’s global sourcing and procurement strategy to ensure benefits to Rio Tinto Business Units via provision of market intelligence and increased security of supply that will be derived from an expansion in the emerging markets supply base. This role of communication is managing the internal communication within Rio Tinto with global RTP functions and also business unites.

The purpose of the role:

The role of communication is to support e-bidding, documentation management, advertising of EM within Rio Tinto, reporting of project progress of EM, reporting of EM spend and value, and also support the quality and HSE functions.

Detailed job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Managing RTP e-bidding system (Ariba), and communicate with RTP global functions to get desired information, and support sourcing team for the training and accessing the system.
- Monitoring the e-bidding project progress.
- Managing and updating RTP EM procedures.
- Collect EM success stories and writing PPT for the advertising of EM to Rio Tinto business unites.
- Organizing EM events, such as supplier recognition forum, supplier HSE forum, and anniversary celebration events
- Collect EM global spend and value via communication with RTP global functions and EM colleagues
- Supporting quality and HSE team for documentation management

To be considered for this role you will have:
- University degree or above, majoring in science and technology
- Excellent English capability - written and spoken.
- Very good communication skills
- Proven cross cultural skills and business awareness.
