1 Establish & maintain computerized data base of equipment information. Input, maintain, tracking and analyze data according to cold drink management standard processes to ensure data accuracy.
负责冷饮设备资讯系统电脑化管理，按照冷饮设备管理系统流程要求，按时准确完成所有冷饮设备资料录入及维护，确保数据库资料全面准确。
2 Compile various asset management report & provide OU management data analysis reports:
编制“冷饮设备管理”各类报表，做好冷饮管理的咨询服务工作，根据管理层要求提供相关讯息报表：
- Monthly reconcile with performance finance (quantity & deposit) to eliminate variances.
每月冷饮设备管理系统与财务对账（设备数量及押金），并逐步消除差异。
- Periodically verify CEOMS customer details with sales information system (currently are BASIS & GKPMS) database.
定期核对系统资料，保持冷饮设备管理与销售信息管理系统（目前是BASIS/GKPMS）客户编号一致。
- Submit timely asset management reports (details refer to HO asset management report listing).
按时准确提供相关报表（具体要求参照集团冷饮部报表清单）。
3 Regularly check the data of CEOMS of all Sales Offices/Rep Offices. Report, follow up and solve problems identified. Provide training & consultation to sales office on data maintenance & analysis.
总厂冷饮设备管理专员须定期检查各营业所冷饮设备管理系统数据，发现问题及时汇报并跟进解决，针对性地对系统操作员进行相关培训。
4 Coordinate between corporate & OU to maintain good communication, facilitate implementation of standard operating procedure of cold drink equipment management. Based on CEOMS and solve related software technical problems. 与总部保持联络，协调设备管理标准程序的执行，配合“冷饮设备管理”系统以及其他相关软件技术问题之解决。
5 Establish and maintain effective filing system for cold drink asset management in relation to documentation, agreement, certification, placement and withdrawal documentations.

建立完善冷饮设备资料档案：单据、协议、有效证件，投放、调拔和撤机等单据归档
6 Perform all tasks as required by superiors.
完成上级交给的其他工作。
