对设备维修单的正确填写和确认维修时间

对质量问题要及时反馈并协助设备领班做好调查和分析，及后续改善措施

对设备备件的异常消耗和零配件的库存及时关注和反馈，并协助备件员做好备件申购和报废工作

对于自己不能及时处理的必须向领班反馈并跟进处理结果

任何异常导致生产停产达到20分钟，必须向领班汇报

检查区域内工具是否按要求正确使用,确认维修配件是否及时出库并记录,及时提出申请补充

配合领班针对区域内的配件异常损耗及时分析和改善。

每周根据停机时间达成状况，制定相应的PDCA并跟踪执行直至问题解决
