职位描述
Responsible for FA Status checking for central Finance for booking
Assuring FA labels pasted timely and correctly
Assuring all movements of FA comply with internal controls, such as DEC and DRX internal regulations related
Annual FA stocktaking
Responsible for recording detail list of DAW scrap/selling bills
Annual spot checking for inventory stocktaking
Dealing with expense claiming according to the company regulations; Assuring all relevant claming request forms cheking, submiting to central accounting and updating scanview list accurately and timely
Checking and submiting invoice from business departments or suppliers to central acounting accuately and timely.
Responsible for VAT invoice verification in system after central accounting booking
Issue DAW estimate peocessing fee and service cost invoice in tax system for DAC
Input and upload customs tax receipt in Tax system
Local reports (PL, BS) to authorities
Local and State Taxation reporting
Statistic reports required by local and municipal statistic bureau
Dealing with bank and cash issues at Anshan
Weekly cash reconciliation
Responsible for file keeping and archiving (Voucher binding)
Annual report to MOF, MOFCOM, Industrial and Commercial Bureau for the purpose of annual inspection
Other contingent tasks and projects assigned by line manager and CIP
Check original claiming/payment applications, check if the business content meet company regulations, communicate positively with related department and colleague for further detail confirmation.
Organizing and planning of department events.
Regularly tracking and coordiation for CI projects assigned by CIP
Training coordination for QC team
Implement the relevant work safety laws and regulations and the company's work safety management system, and be responsible for work safety within the scope of the job.
Under the leadership of department manager, accept the business guidance of safety management personnel at all levels, and supervise and guide employees in their duties to do safe production in accordance with the requirements of "one position and two responsibilities".
Include work safety in work, and carry out other tasks under the premise of ensuring safety.
Actively participate in various safety activities and safety production meetings, receive safety production education and training, master the safety production knowledge required by the staff, enhance safety awareness, improve safety production skills, and enhance accident prevention and emergency handling capabilities.
Report safety production accidents in a timely manner and pay attention to protecting the site.
Job requirements
Specialized knowledge / education: College Degree in Finance
Work experience: Previous experience in the area of accounting
Additional knowledge: Computer literate
Ability to work as part of team
