Objective of Job

• Conduct measurement and inspection tasks as support for Project Manager Quality and act as deputy of project manager internal and to the customer for related project topics.
• Measurement and inspection activities
• Set up individual components and final products measurement and inspection plan
• Responsible for triggering and evaluating the measurement and inspection of the parts (e.g. function, dimension, surface properties, dimensional accuracy, etc.)
• Define product 3D measurement frequency plan, and support creating reports through eMMA software.
• Monitor the series related tests during project phase，using statistical methods of quality assurance. In case recognizing deviations, set up team to identify correction solutions, according to values /dimensional allowances.
• Lead and create control plan with relevant team members support.
• Support CCC team to establish and complete CCC certification documents                 
• Test equipment and gauges
• Specify test equipment according to test requirements and standards.
• Lead gauge measurement system completion before series usages.
• Support & Coordination tasks
• Support to project quality manager for project documentation consolidation, change management evaluation if necessary.
• Attend key user training and complete training document, coach new associates with relevant topic.

Job and Work Requirements

• Studies or relevant professional training and experience in the relevant field, advanced business knowledge
• 2-3 years in relevant activity field
• Familiar with quality tools
• English language abilities (speak and write)
