职位描述
职责与任务 Responsibilities and tasks
负责整个质量控制过程;
Responsible for whole process of the Quality ;
达到客户提出的质量要求,并解决来自客户的抱怨;
Achieving the quality standards requested by the client,and Solving all the complaints;
监控质量指标,如果发生偏差,就要采取措施,监督已确定的措施付诸实施;
Monitoring the quality indicators, taking measures in case of deviations and supervising the putting into practice of the established measures;
作为管理者代表,根据标准 (ISO TS 16949/2 and ISO 141)和公司的质量政策,在工厂内实施,维持,不断发展质量管理系统;向CEO/CFO报告公司质量方针、目标的实现业绩,并协助CEO/CFO进行管理评审;
As management representative,Implementing, maintaining and developing continuously in the plant the quality mamagement system according to the reference standards (ISO TS 16949/2 and ISO 141) and the quality politics of the company;Reporting achievement of the quality policy and goal to CEO/CFO, and assist to preside over management review for CEO/CFO.
控制拨给质量部的预算;
Keeping to the budget allotted to the Quality department;
确保了解质量标准,工作程序和规范质量部工作的指导书,并且监督其实施;
Ensuring the knowledge and supervising the observance of the quality norms and work procedures and instructions that regulate the activity in the Quality department;
了解内部条款和共同的工作合约,并监督其实施;
Knowing and supervising the application of the prescriptions of the Internal Regulations and of the Collective Work Contract;
确保属下的工作纪律;
Ensuring the work discipline of the personnel in his subordination;
管理部门的人事和材料;
Management of the human resources and of the materials in his department;
对属下进行不间断的职业教育;
Continuous professional education of the personnel in his subordination.
安排好自己部门的组织架构图,检查并分析人员的状态,采取必要的措施;
Makes the planning of the personnel layout for his department, checks and analyses the status of the personnel layout and takes the necessary measures;
保证评估,解决来自客户的抱怨,处理内部抱怨(质量指标)和外部抱怨(ppm & nppm);
Ensures the evaluation and solving of all the complaints received from the clients, processes the internal complaints (quality indicators) and the external complaints (ppm & nppm);
确保质量错误的分析/为减少错误的措施/检查这些措施的效率;
Ensures the analysis of the quality faults / measures for eliminating the faults / check up of the efficiency of the taken measures;
如果在生产过程中出现错误,协调反应的过程;
Coordinates the reaction process in case of appearance of faults in the production process;
监督内部和外部错误的统计分析;
Monitors the statistic analysis of the internal and external faults;
监督生产过程,确保满足客户的要求;
Supervises the production process in order to make sure that the client's requests are met;
确保和协调来料的控制 (WEWareeingang), 主要样品的测试,测量方式的监督——计量学;
Ensures and coordinates the control of incomming goods (WEWareeingang), the testing of the primary samples, the supervision of the measuring means metrology;
写好自己部门工作的定期报告,交给领导(工厂管理层——TWL/KWL 和 K&S 质量经理 KSRe);
Draws up periodical reports about the activity of the department for his superiors (plant management TWL/KWL and K&S Quality Manager KSRe);
确保详细阐述和监督审核方案,计划内部审核(内部过程审核,内部产品审核,内部发送前审核);
Ensures the elaboration and the supervision of the audit programms, plans the internal audits (internal process audit, internal product audit, internal dispatch audit);
如果客户或者其他权威机构过来参观或审核,做好准备和陪同;
Prepares the visits / audits from the client or from the different authorised institutions and takes part in their realisation;
根据审核结果,采取相应措施,并且监督这些措施的实施;
Establishes the measures resulted from the audits reports and supervises their putting into practice;
确保抱怨的处理过程和供应商的质量评估发给供应商;
Ensures the processing of the complaints sent to the suppliers as well as also the qualitative evaluation of the suppliers;
根据标示出来的质量错误的严重程度,决定是否停线;
Decides the stopping of the production, depending on the seriousness of the signalled quality faults;
和故障排除小组一起分析内部和外部的问题和抱怨;
Analyses the internal / external problems and complaints together with the FBTeam;
和工厂的管理层一起参加每天的例会
Takes part daily in the operational meeting with the management of the plant;
确保信息在质量部及厂内有效的传递,如果涉及到质量问题;
Ensures the transmission of the information within the Quality department as well as also to the other departments in the plant concerning the quality problems;
确认属下的岗位职责和要求,协助人力资源部完成对新员工的甄选和培训
Identifies the job responsiblities and competences and in collaboration with HR to select and to train the new employee.
给属下做好定期的评估,为每个人修改目标;
Does the periodical evaluations for the personnel under his subordination and revises the individual targets for each of them;
计算和评估来年的投资预算和个人预算;
Callculates and estimates the budget for investments and the personnel budget for the next year;
为了减少开支,在部门内不断优化工序;
Optimizes continuously the processes in his department in order to reduce the costs;
为了解决部门内部的质量,和其他 Kroschu工厂合作;
Collaborates with other Kroschu plants for solving quality problems of the plant;
检查,控制内部指导书,工作指导书的遵守,检查有能力的员工是否制作了定期的指导书;
Checks, controls the observance of the internal instructions, work instructions and whether the periodical instruction was done by his employees who have such attributions;
一旦出现超出能力范围之外的问题,通知直接上级;
Informs his direct superior whenever there occur problems that exceed his personal solving competence;
为了部门内部各项工作的正常进行,履行任何必要的任务。
Fulfills any other tasks that are necessary for the good running of the activities within the department.
Tasks regarding work protection and emergency situations关于工作保护和紧急情况的任务
有责任了解并且遵守关于工作安全和健康的法律法规及适用的措施;
Knows and observes the law stipulations in the domain of work security and health, as well as the applicable measures, having the following attributions and responsibilities:
负责监督下属遵守法律法规及相关安全制度;
Supervises and is responsible for the subordinates who do not observe the stipulations in the domain of of work security and health, as well as in the domain of fire prevention;
了解并遵守公司紧急计划;
Understand and comply with the emergency plan of company
协助控制预防火灾方面的工作。
Assist to control the fire prevention efforts.
工作能力 Job competences
a)专业教育 Professional education
本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above,Science and engineering is preferred 理工科优先;
b)专业经验 Professional experience
8年以上质量管理相关工作经验;
Experience in Quality minimum 8 years;
领导方面的经验;
Experience in leading personnel.
有电子线束生产相关经验优先。
Experience in the field of electrical harnesses manufacture is an advantage.
c)知识 Knowledge
熟练应用办公自动化软件;
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
英语流利;
Knowledge of English language advanced level;
培训后,了解质量标准,工作流程和指导书;
Knowledge of the quality norms, work procedures and instructions that regulate the activity of the Quality and Production departments, after training period;
根据 K&S 标准, TLB,缺陷代码和 PLP,充分了解线束相关的内部质量要求;
Very good knowledge of the internal quality requests concerning the harness and the component parts, according to the K&S norms, TLB, Faults Catalogue and PLP;
了解质量标准,如ISO 9001体系,ISO 14001 体系和 ISO/IATF16949体系;
Knowledge of the quality standards specific to systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001 si ISO/IATF16949;
良好的统计学知识(QRK, Pareto, capability study);

能读懂技术图纸(零配件图纸,客户图纸,线束图纸,工装板图纸);
Reading the technical drawings (component part drawing, client drawing, harness drawing, assembly board drawing);
非常清楚客户关于线束质量的标准,零部件的的质量标准,比如关于线束的大众产品审核,VW 751 47, BMW GS 956 和其他相关标准;
Very good knowledge of the client's norms regarding the quality of the harness and of the component parts such as VW Product Audit for harnesses, VW 751 47, BMW GS 956 and other related norms;
测量方法应用的基本知识;
Basic knowledge about using the measuring means;
如果有修改,主要的样品,要了解流程,批准和产品审核;
Understanding the processes in cases of modifications, primary sample, giving approval (Freigabe) and product audit;
要理解客户关于 (PPAP, VDA 2, APQP, PLP)的需求;
Knowing the clients requests concerning the above mentioned aspects (PPAP, VDA 2, APQP, PLP);
了解质量的一些方法 (Ishikawa, 5 W Analysis, 8 D report, FMEA)和指导质量的指标;
Knowledge of the quality methods (Ishikawa, 5 W Analysis, 8 D report, FMEA) and of the quality indicators;
熟悉客户特定的文件和过程(比如样品批准,客诉,技术更改,产品审核等等);
Good knowledge of the processes and documentations specific to the client ( for ex. Sample approval, complaints, technical modifications, product audit etc.);
