岗位职责: Objective of Job (职位定位)
* Support the introduction of a continuous improvement process (KVP)
* Organize and lead continuous improvement projects, evaluate the cost saving of the project, hold and organize internal training like lean six sigma yellow and green belt training, motivate staffs to propose more idea and DPV.

* 组织和领导持续改进项目，对项目的节省进行评估，组织内部培训如精益六西格玛黄绿带培训，动员员工们提出更多的合理化建议和DPV

Principle Activities (工作职责)
* Evaluate the possibility of implementing the DPV project
* 对DPV的可行性进行评估
* Organize and lead DPV projects
* 组织和领导DPV项目
* Identify improvement potential in standards and inform central office
* 识别改善点并进行改善
* Determine capacities, based on key identifierss in cooperation with the responsible persons in the plants
* 基于工厂KPI与相关部门一起完成相关任务指标
* Confirming the benefits of the projects’ cost saving
* 对项目的节省进行评估
* Conduct workshops for various plant functions to identify improvement potential
* 组织工厂各个部门开展workshop，并识别潜在改善点
* Compile workshop results and create corresponding reports for supervisors/management
* 支持直接主管完成Workshop的相关文件记录
* Implement actions, responsibilities and schedules to realize potential capacities, in cooperation with the team
* 支持各部门完场项目，指定项目的实施计划并跟踪项目进程。
* Hold and organize internal training like lean six sigma yellow and green belt training
* 组织内部培训如精益六西格玛黄绿带培训
* Motivate staffs to propose more idea and DPV.
* 动员员工们提出更多的合理化建议和DPV
* Performs all other duties as directed by the direct supervisor
* 按照直接主管指示，履行职责
* Facilitates and works within other business unit improvement teams to provide technical direction.
* 与其他部门的改善团队协同工作并提供技术支持

Job Requirements (任职要求)
* Business/engineering Graduated bachelor or equivalent, with more than 2 years’ experience in Lean six sigma or continuous improvement roles; ideally with an additional 2 years operational experience.
* 经济/工程专业毕业或同等学历, 在精益六西格玛或持续改进方面有着2年以上的经验，如有2年以上的操作经验更佳
* ？Knowledge of lean 6 sigma yellow belt training.
* 具备精益六西格玛黄带培训知识
* Lead and manage team to implement improvement project.
* 领导和管理小组实施改善项目
* Holder of disability certificate
* 持有残疾人证
