职责与任务 Responsibilities and tasks

负责财务和控制全过程

Responsible for whole process of finance and controlling

制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，以满足控制风险的要求

Establish, maintain, improve the company's financial management procedures and policies, in order to meet risk control requirements

负责编制及组织实施财务预算报告、月/季/年度财务报告

Responsible for  prepare and organize the financial budget report and monthly / quarterly / annual financial report

负责公司财务管理及内部控制，根据公司业务发展的计划完成年度财务预算，并跟踪其执行情况

Responsible for the company financial management and internal control, complete the annual financial budget according to company business development plan, and supervise the implementation

提供财务报告和必要的财务分析，并确保这些报告可靠、准确

Offer the financial report and the necessary financial analysis, ensure that they are reliable and accurate 

负责资金、资产的管理工作，以确保公司资产的安全

Responsible for capital, asset management,ensure the safety of company assets

加强与有关部门的协作配合工作

Strengthen cooperation with other related departments

管理与银行、税务、工商、外管、审计等相关部门的的关系，并及时办理公司与其之间的业务往来

Manage the relationship with banking, taxation, industry and commerce, the outer tube, auditing and other relevant departments, and deal with business transactions with them in time 

本部门的日常工作安排及管理，绩效考核，创建高效、务实、团结的财务团队

Arrange the daily work and management, performance evaluation, create efficient, pragmatic, unity and finance team

完成上级交付的其他任务

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

 工作能力Job competences 

a)专业教育 Professional education

大专以上学历；财务相关专业优先；

College degree or above.Finance related is preferred

b)专业经验 Professional experience 

3年以上相关工作经验；

3 years or above related working experience

c)知识 Knowledge 

熟练使用办公自动化软件；

Skilled use of office automation software.

财务管理相关知识

Knowledge of financial management

了解当地劳动法和环境安全相关法律法规；

Understanding of the local labor laws and regulations about EHS

d)能力 Abilities

良好的沟通和表达能力；

Good communication and expression ability.

分析和解决问题的能力；

Ability to analyze and solve problems.

责任心和团队精神；

Conscientiousness and Team spirit

优秀的领导和组织能力；
