Objectives of job

• Coordinate supplier about equipment and spare parts issue
• Coordinate equipment procurement, spare parts and change management to optimize production costs for DEC plants to ensure smooth production
• Order Equipment & new tools
• Equipment delivery date following, receive equipment in Optimain
• Coordinate Equipment calibration and oversea equipment repairing
• Apply SAP No. For new spare parts and order
• Spare parts and consumption management by SAP
• Delivery date following, coordinate suppliers to solve problems about purchase order and loading list
• Send samples    
• Analyze the data sheets of crimping tools,terminals,EAD and HWZ
• Analyze product change notices, order assembly assembly board materials & PA &HWZ and follow them 
• Compose &update BBSL according 1:1drawing and manage board numbers in Optimain
• Coordinate to solve the problems of test adapters&fixtures
• Provide and optimize the pin sheet for product change and test station release
• Cooperate in identify optimization and propose suggestions, and implement corresponding measures
• Set priorities within stated time and goals.
• Rearrange production processes and equipment based on emerging disruptions and deficiencies
• Handle and follow up complaints
• Other work arranged by department head

Principle activities

• Take the main responsibility for the work safety within the scope of the work in charge, and organize the department in charge to provide support and guarantee conditions for the company's work safety in accordance with laws and regulations;
• Responsible for the organization and formulation of work safety rules and regulations and operating procedures within the scope of the work in charge, and supervise implementation;
• Responsible for the organization and implementation of work safety supervision and inspection, work safety publicity and education, risk management and control, hidden danger investigation and management within the scope of work;
• The safety production work and the work in charge should be planned, arranged, inspected, summarized, and evaluated;
• Supervise and inspect the personnel in charge of the safety production performance and the implementation of various safety production rules and regulations.

Job and Work Requirements

• Professional/graduate education
• 2 years working experiences in the related field
• Good knowledge in English language
• Computer knowledge (MS office)
• Good communication and coordination skills
