Objective of Job

• Principle activities
• Annual budgeting and planning on time
• Forecast planning
• Create the monthly plan/actual comparison file
• Monthly plan/actual comparison analysis on time, discussion with the Plant manager and cost center responsible
• Monthly factor calculation and analysis on time
• Cost controlling
• Regular reporting of the payroll database
• Material, investment and overhead monitoring and analysis on time
• Monthly closing via SAP on time
• Master Data maintaining in SAP
• Monthly group reporting related on time
• Assets risk management, such as assets insurance
• Cross departments communication on cost control and budget
• Support financial accounting
• Shopping carts (BDA) processing on time
• Other contingent  tasks and projects assigned by line manager
• Implement the relevant work safety laws and regulations and the company's work safety management system, and be responsible for work safety within the scope of the job.
• Under the leadership of department manager, accept the business guidance of safety management personnel at all levels, and supervise and guide employees in their duties to do safe production in accordance with the requirements of "one position and two responsibilities".
• Include work safety in work, and carry out other tasks under the premise of ensuring safety.
• Actively participate in various safety activities and safety production meetings, receive safety production education and training, master the safety production knowledge required by the staff, enhance safety awareness, improve safety production skills, and enhance accident prevention and emergency handling capabilities.
• Report safety production accidents in a timely manner and pay attention to protecting the site.

Job and Work Requirements

• University major Finance/accounting/economic related

• 3 years related working experience

• Accounting/costing/understanding manufacturing

• English/communication/intercultural/cooperative/independent
