The Swiss-based family owned company Bühler is a global, industrial solution provider for processing foods and for manufacturing advanced materials, contributing to food security and high energy efficiency. Around 65% of the worldwide harvested grain is processed on Bühler mills, around 50% of all car taillamps or headlamps are getting metallized on Bühler machines. Duties

• Conduct quality inspections and acceptance tests at supplier site for sheet metal parts (cutting-, forming-, welding-, structural steel-technology), machined parts and castings (milling-, turning-, grinding-technology), surface treatment (sandblast-, pickling-, passivation-technology) and painting (thickness, cross-cut test)
• 在供应商现场对板料冲压，加工零件铸件，表面处理，绘图等进行质量检查和验收测试.
• Analyze quality defects and advise corrective actions,
• 分析质量缺陷和纠正建议措施.
• Support and train suppliers to match with Buhler quality standard,
• 向供应商提供支持与培训，使之匹配布勒质量标准.
• Document quality inspection and acceptance test reports,
• 质量检测的文件与验收报告.
• Conduct new supplier audits and key supplier annual evaluations and document management,
• 新供应商审核，主要供应商年度评估及文档管理.
• Support quality complaint management in term of 3rd party supply.
• 支持第三方供应的质量投诉管理.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years practical experience in machining and sheet metal quality control / inspection,
• 本科及以上学历，机械专业，5年以上机械加工和钣金质量控制/检验等相关工作经验.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, 3D, Excel, word and Power point,
• 熟悉CAD/MS Office 办公软件的基本操作.
• Familiar with pressure vessel, port loading/unloading equipment or chocolate machines is preferred,
• 熟悉压力容器、港口装载/卸载设备或巧克力设备者优先.
• Good communication and coordination ability,
• 良好的沟通和协调能力.
• Good English skills both in oral and written,
• 良好的英语口语和书面交流能力.
• Team-oriented, process-oriented, open, flexible, independent,
• 良好的团队合作, 过程导向精神, 开朗, 灵活的处理问题, 能独立开展工作.
• Willing to travel.
• 愿意出差.
